USATT Sanctioned Two Star Tournament

Playing Venue: AITTA- 7230 McGinnis Ferry Rd #125, Suwanee GA 30024

Registration Fee: $5 administration fee plus event entry fees. Players can enter on the Omnipong web site ( www.omnipong.com ). Do not enter without paying for events that are selected. Unpaid/uncompleted entries will be removed 3 days after notice by email. No mail-in, in-person, or phone registration is available for this event without speaking to the Tournament staff for instructions. Note (1): Event with fewer than 8 players may be cancelled or reclassified to next closest event if possible.
For any event ( #1 through #7) with fewer than 12 players, prize money/Gift cards is reduced to 70
percent. The latest USATT rating will be used to qualify players for events U2400 (rating Under 2400)
to U1300. Un-rated players in U1300 to U2400 cannot claim the cash awards/gift card. Trophies for all
cash winners.
(2): Events starting time may be changed due to fewer entries or event progress. Will email the final
starting time for each event on March 20, 2025.
(3): Limit players # will be increased/changed due to registration status/progress.
(4): Participants with declined payment or without payment will be withdrawn from the tournament.
(5): AITTA Gift card provided by AITTA
Each player can have a Free AITTA T-shirt (first come, first served) or a Cap sponsored by AITTA. Have fun!
Entry Deadline: Saturday, March 15, 2025. $5 additional fee for all late payment after deadline.
Eligibility for Event: Open to all members of USA Table Tennis (USATT). Non-members may join the USATT by including the membership fee with their entry fee. Players who are not current USATT members may buy a basic Membership pass for $25.
Rules: The Laws of Table Tennis as published by the ITTF and all USATT regulations will be enforced.
Rackets - One side of the racket must be bright red or another color recently approved by ITTF, the other side black. No complete regluing unless it is a new sheet of rubber. Partial re-gluing may be done with the permission of and under supervision of the referee.
Clothing - The USATT Dress Code applies. The main color of the body of the shirt or shorts may not be white. Please dress in appropriate athletic attire. Designs or lettering that are distracting to an opponent or are offensive will not be permitted. Rubber-soled, non-marking, shoes must be worn.
Equipment: Butterfly Europa/Centrefold 25 tables/nets, & Butterfly 3-star 40+mm white plastic balls. Red rubber floor. ITTF/USATT approved equipment only.
Format: Play will be in two stages in each event, Round Robin and single elimination playoff. All events will start with round robin (3 to 5 players a group). Top 2 winners from each group will advance to single elimination playoffs. Championship event is best of 5 for final match. All other matches are best of 5 games.
Players must check-in at the control desk 15 minutes before event start time. Players arriving late may be defaulted for the event and replaced by an alternate. The court will open for participants’ practices 4:00pm-8:45pm on Friday and 8:00am-8:45am on Saturday.
Cancellation: Director reserves the right to modify any event or cancel the event/tour. The event fee will be refunded if the event is cancelled by organizer. $5 non-refundable fee for cancellations prior to deadline upon player’s written request and the event entry fee will be refunded. NO REFUNDS AFTER March 15, 2025. THANK YOU!
